We build websites, booking and checkout systems, operations dashboards, outreach automation, and Super Intelligence systems for service businesses and local operators.

Information we collect and how we use it

Information you give us includes your name, email address, phone number, company name, website address, and anything you write into a contact, audit, or consult form. When you run the free site audit we record the website address, the health score and pillar scores, the time of the scan, your browser user agent, and campaign parameters if they are present in the link you used. Email is optional and is stored only if you choose to add it after the score. A copy of each completed report is emailed to ThinkAge at darren@thinkageai.com for follow-up. That message does not require an email address from the visitor.

We also keep standard server logs such as IP address, pages requested, and referring URL for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention. When we build systems for a client, we may process that client's business records as a service provider under our agreement. We use this information to run the audit you asked for, respond to enquiries, schedule strategy calls, deliver and support systems, protect the service, and meet legal and accounting duties. We do not sell personal information, and we do not enrol you into marketing sequences from a site audit or contact form alone.

Sharing, retention, and your choices

We share information with service providers that host the site, deliver email, schedule calls, or provide infrastructure, and only so they can process it on our instructions. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or in connection with a merger or sale of the business. Audit records are kept while they remain useful for follow-up and as long as legal and accounting rules require, then deleted or anonymised.

The site uses encrypted transport, access controls, scoped tokens, rate limiting, and input validation. You may request access, correction, or deletion, ask us to stop contacting you, or object to certain processing. Where the CCPA/CPRA or the GDPR applies, you may have additional rights. Email darren@thinkageai.com and we will respond within the period required by law. We use essential cookies and local storage to keep operator sessions and preferences. We do not use advertising trackers on this site. Our services are for businesses, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Enter a public website address and the report shows observed checks for findability, search fundamentals, content, accessibility, conversion paths, structured data, and answer-engine readiness. When a measurement is not available, Arc Gauge marks it Unmeasured instead of inventing a number.
