This page describes how ThinkAge handles consent, opt-outs, and messaging compliance for SMS and phone outreach. It is the public disclosure for messages ThinkAge sends. It does not change the terms of a separate client agreement.

Consent, frequency, and opt-out

We obtain express written consent before sending any SMS or making automated calls. Consent is collected on the form that offers that channel, and we do not treat a site-audit submission by itself as permission to start a marketing sequence. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any SMS message to opt out. You may also contact us directly to be removed from our communication lists. Reply HELP for assistance. Those requests should be honored through the messaging workflow tied to the number that sent the message.

If a client system sends messages on the client's behalf, the client is responsible for the consent they collected and for the content of those messages, under the agreement that covers that system. ThinkAge's own pages still follow the consent and STOP rules above.
