Last updated September 23, 2026. These terms govern your use of thinkageai.com, the free site audit, operator accounts, and related services from ThinkAge LLC. Using the site means you agree. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What we provide

ThinkAge designs and builds websites, booking and scheduling systems, online shops and checkout flows, outreach and follow-up automation, operations dashboards, and Super Intelligence systems. Scope, timelines, and fees for a paid engagement live in a separate proposal or statement of work, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

The site audit is free and as-is for information. It inspects publicly available pages and returns an observed score. Where a pillar cannot be measured we mark it Unmeasured rather than estimating a value. The audit is not a guarantee of search ranking, traffic, revenue, security, or legal compliance, and it is not professional advice. Run it only against websites you own or are authorised to assess. Do not use it to overload or probe third-party systems.

Accounts, fees, and acceptable use

Do not breach or disrupt the site, scrape or resell the audit without written consent, submit unlawful or deliberately false information, or impersonate another person or business. We may rate limit or suspend access for a breach. Operator areas require an account. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under the account. Notify darren@thinkageai.com of unauthorised use.

Project fees, deposits, and any recurring support are stated in the proposal. Invoices follow the terms printed on them. Custom deliverables transfer to the client when paid in full. ThinkAge keeps its pre-existing tools, frameworks, scoring methods, and know-how, and grants a non-exclusive licence to use them as embedded in the deliverables. We do not guarantee a specific revenue, lead volume, conversion rate, or search ranking. Except as a signed agreement states otherwise, the site and services are provided as available.

What is Arc Gauge?

Arc Gauge is ThinkAge's URL-first site health grader. Enter a public website address and the report shows observed checks for findability, search fundamentals, content, accessibility, conversion paths, structured data, and answer-engine readiness. When a measurement is not available, Arc Gauge marks it Unmeasured instead of inventing a number.
